(May 9, 2019, 3:02 pm)I do a lot of permitting throughout the Bay Area, and this department is by far one of the most pleasant to work with. The staff is friendly and quick to respond and help you, and the permitting process is straightforward. This department should be a model for others.
(January 31, 2019, 4:31 pm)Friendly staff willing to help you through the planning and permit process. Location is easy to find with onsite free parking. If it's busy and you have to wait a bit there are plenty of food choices nearby. Sometimes you will have to wait if it is busy.
