“I think it would be easier to list the things that I didnt love because it's much shorter. Every once in a while the on site laundry room is full...and the water bill is a little steep but that seems to be an issue with area more than the community. Other than that it's been stellar. Ave and German have been attentive, responsive and very easy going. The people who live here are all extremely chill. There is a lot of kids and dogs in the community (including mine lol) but the noise suppression is top knotch.As good an experience as you can get in apartment living”
