He's patient in explaining things, with a subtle and refreshing sense of humor. He was quickly available for a follow-up call and another follow-up question by email. So great that he comes to where the used car is located. He really gets the used-car purchasing process for buyers, the anxiety and trade-offs being considered. He understands the practical complications as one appraises buying a used car, often not the ideal of what the buyer would most prefer in making a big purchase like this, but circumstances lead to various used car options.
