The best place to exercise cuz there's Hills and there's down Hills and there's heels

Beautiful view with miles of hikes and history all the way to San Jose. Dog friendly. You can get a feel for how the rest of the land used to look by visiting here. If the wind is high enough right in this spot and the water tower up the hill, you can lean into it and it will hold you, very fun. I hear back in the day there used to be vehicle access, now it is a sanctuary for wildlife.

Beautiful place, nice trails. It's also connected to Alvarado park. Braiding look out point. Also it's always fun to see the chores graze!

Wonderful views, usually not very crowded. Cows can be seen grazing on the hills for part of the year. Trails connect to Alvarado Park Trails and Tilden park trails. You could seriously make this an all day hike or just do a quick 20 minute run if you wanted. Great experience either way.
