They had coffee, hot cocoa, and donuts for the bike riders on New Year's day. How awesome is that!

Excellent climb for today bikers. Constant elevation, which doesn't give much time to relax.
A challenging, but satisfying ride. In summer plan to start early in the morning before 7, so that by the time it's hot, you are back at the base.
Rangers are friendly and always in the lookout for helping.

This is a very popular spot for bikers to take break, before the next leg to the top of the mountain.

Easy campsite for the family nice shade tree throughout site have a picnic table and a fire ring but remember no collecting firewood so make sure you either purchase or bring it up with you so you can completely enjoy the complete camping experience. Also make sure you secure your food because you will have have some masked visitors at night. Overall good campsite for the kids without worring aboit them falling off any rocks and it has restrooms
