From the moment I entered to the moment I left it was what I’d consider a flawless visit to the dentist. (The tour of the office at the beginning was also a lovely touch!) From initial outreach through underwriting through billing, Ariana was incredibly responsive over email and reachable via phone. She was clear in communication and followed through with what we discussed. Folks like Ariana have cemented in my mind that customer service at insurance companies doesn't have to be lousy, and I'm glad to have made the switch to State Farm--well before my previous policy was due to expire.
