“This Ace Hardware branch is not the largest by any means yet somehow they keep an impressive array of stock in a relatively confined space. What I truly love about this branch however are the staff, it very much feels like a mom and pop store with familiar staff who always come across engaged, knowledgeable and helpful. I always choose this store over one of the larger stores even if its slightly more expensive because the staff are SO much nicer to interact with.”

“I was craving a great bbq sandwich & y'all didn't disappoint. My husband & I were going to order online but I we decided just to go in in & order. We arrived & I believe the young man's name was Jason, very friendly & welcoming. Expedited quickly less than 10 minutes. We were planning to eat outside but it was one of the days where the air quality was unhealthy & falling ash. My sandwich was HUGE! I only ate a quarter of it & was absolutely yummy!!! My husband ordered the blazing hot & a tad disappointed that it wasn't blazing hot like he was expecting but it was still a good sandwich. We also had the side of the beans & potato salad & they were both very tasty!!! We will be back.”

“Today, we had our grandmas funeral at Hull’s and they were so kind. Everything was so easy and they told us, “today, this is your home.” We are grateful for Hull’s, for helping us out our grandma to rest. They made us feel so great. I recommend this to anyone looking for a funeral home. ?❤️”

“This was my first visit at this particular Great Clips in Walnut Creek. I used to go to the one on Treat Blvd near Concord but that one has been closed for awhile now. I had a great first experience here. I had used their online app prior to coming in so I wouldn't have to wait long by the time I came in. I did not have a hair cut since January of 2020! So I had let my hair grow out all the way down to my shoulders! It was time to finally cut my quarantine hair! The lady that had cut my hair was very precise! Also very quick! Once she looked at the haircut I wanted which was back to very short, she cutting away in no time! While she was quick, she also was gentle and made sure she didn't get too close to my skin and also offered to trim my eye brows. She was definitely on top of her game so I plan on returning to this Great Clips next time! The space inside was very clean as well and the rest of the staff was very friendly. Made sure to give a good tip to my barber at the end. I highly recommend this place!”

“Juliane & her team at Care Quest are amazing. When my Dad fell & ended up at John Muir Trauma ICU for the 2nd time in a month - I knew it was time to move him & my mom to assisted living. I was overwhelmed and felt lost when the hospital case manager handed me a list of places to call to help me with my search. For some reason, I chose Care Quest to call first and I truly believe it was meant to be. Juliane and Barbara gave me select places to interview & visit based on my parents' needs. They were careful to only recommend places that provide good care, were available for 2 residents to live together, & had memory care for my mom to eventually move into because of her worsening dementia. This was the most stressful period of my life and somehow Juliane was there to support me in any way possible. I even felt like she was there to just listen and help me find a way to move my parents into the best place possible. Juliane and Barbara truly are angels. There aren't enough words to say how much I appreciate everything they have done for me.”

“My old knee injury from 30-something years ago eventually turned into degenerative arthritis in both knees. Ortho said I was headed for knee replacements (right and left). My wife and I attended an informational hour talk about the therapy this clinic offers and I was unexpectedly impressed. We live in interesting times. I ultimately decided to get both knees injected and I am more than satisfied with results. This has allowed me to things I had written off ever being able to do again. This is an outstanding team of professionals who truly care about what they are doing. High integrity. Straight forward information about prices and they explained what I should expect.. No high pressure at all. I am thankful.”

“Really liked the sandwich and cookies I got. The only thing they can improve on is cleaning the tables sooner. There was only one other table in there and also a dirty table. We ordered and sat down at one of the clean tables and the entire time we were there no one cleaned the tables. The other people left and still no one cleaned the tables. ????”

“I have lived at X@Sloan's for a year now. I am in the hospitality business. I have never had such consistent customer service than I have living here. Richard Melton, the property manager, is by far the best resident leader I have ever experienced. He & his assistant Olivia go out of their way to make this apartment living seem more like a home. They organize several weekly events in the building to build unity with all the tenants, they make sure any apartment repair requests get handled almost immediately, and the building is constantly being cleaned & updated for full elite living. Richard and Olivia even go out of their way to update us on things outside of our building - for example, the weekly street cleanings so our cars don't get towed and local discounts from area restaurants. All of this is always handled with a proper greeting and a genuine smile. Everyone is made to feel welcome and like a priority. This up and coming neighborhood is a great location for everyone -- very kid, elderly, and animal friendly for sure! I have seen Richard hand deliver packages (thank you!) and stop everything he's doing to assist residents in moving in. I find it almost miraculous that Richard knows most, if not all, residents by name as well as takes the time in his very busy schedule to learn about us personally. This building has too many amenities to mention; needless to say, you get far more than a place to live when you pay your rent here. All in all, X @ Sloan's is a great living community with great customer service from the best leasing agents I've ever come across.”

“Excellent help from service rep Jackie helped to overcome a curious organizational issue. Apparently “appointment” means the time at which the customer is expected to drop off their car. From the customer’s perspective appointment means the time at which the service provider is obliged to begin the servicing of the car. I would suggest Maxwell Ford try looking at issues more from the customer’s perspective. And give Jackie a raise. She was excellent at working out a prompt start and finish of the work on my truck.”

“Mike did an awesome job on my Toyota. My daughter cut it in a little too tight into the garage. God Bless new drivers:) She put a dent into the door and Mike was able to really make the door look great. He spent a lot of time on it and I want to thank him for that. I got an estimate at a collision place and they wanted 1100 dollars. Mike did it for a lot less and I mean a lot less. Thanks Mike”

“Better card selection than in the past. I'm also pleased to see a bigger selection of inexpensive cards. And recently, nobody has asked me the rhetorical question about my card purchase. For years, I would always get asked "Would you like some gold crown seals for your cards" and I would think, Hello, I came in here for special cards and paying $6 each...of course I want the seals! I often wondered, does anyone decline that offer? Just place some in the bag already. I don't think you are going out of business by giving me something worth a few cents. But lately, just friendly employees and no asking; they just automatically dole them out. ????”

“Outstanding views the entire trail to the pulpit may not be for everyone but most of it can be done by most children and adults. It is a very difficult climb if you wanted to be on the pulpit itself. Definitely not for everyone the easiest way to access it is from the fire interpretive trail. Hiking from the upper lots would be more challenging.”
