“Lisa anytime you pay at a pump you will be charged 100 or 150 pre auth or get charged whatever is in your account if it is less than those amounts . I have worked at Arco for many year and all gas stations do this, so if you dont want a temporary hold of that amount then go inside and pay the amount you wish to pay . Usually any hold is removed after an hour anyways so by the time u got home that charge was prob corrected to the amount you actually spent. I only wrote this because I hate getting yelled at by customers like you lol.”

“This is the only 7-Eleven that I have ever seen in Northern California that sells Chevron gasoline. The 7-Eleven is absolutely huge inside! Large selection of chips, candy, beer, wine, you name it. 3 different Slurpee machines, flavored iced tea dispenser, and even an espresso latte maker that grinds the coffee beans while you wait. Unlike the poor review below, the staff was very helpful and funny when I was there.”

“EVERYONE here is nice and more importantly, they all seem honest... that's right. I've actually used the term "honest" when writing a review about a mechanic. I'll give you a moment to let that sink in. .... My car was making strange noises. I took it to the shop; it ended up being my rotors and brakes that needed to be changed. They were so efficient and detail. The mechanic called me within the hour to give me a quote, which was completely reasonable. Then in a couple hours my car was ready. The shop is very clean, and the customer service is amazing. You are not a number; they treat you as if it was their own car. They have also answered so many of my little questions about my car- why it acts the way it does, whats normal vs. not normal etc. Since I pretty much, just expect to put the key in the ignition and want it to start. Not knowing what else is connected to what. I just don't know what the strange sounds are or what needs to be fixed when. However, they were so patient, professional and most important Really nice guys. They'll be my mechanics from now on- and they should be yours too.”

“I know I know...I'm reviewing Quick Stop! In my defense this is no ordinary Quick Stop. Whoever owns this place is great at hiring people! There's a lot of seedy characters that come here. Drug dealers, pimps (I know because one tried to recruit me), homeless and last but not least KILLERS. Yes killers! Several years ago a young lady was in the store and her boyfriend went to shoot her and the store clerk took the bullet for her! Now if that's not customer service...what is?? There's very few women that work there if at all. Usually these employees are big guys! I like that because I feel safe. Don't get me wrong I'm all for equality but safety is number one at your employment. The Exception is DJ dancing Danny (his real name has been changed for his protect)! He's a little guy but he raps to you while you wait in line. He puts a smile on my face every time! On that note, the employees are always friendly and even try to up sale you. I like that having a strong sales background. I usually buy something extra. The store is always clean and well stocked. I always find something bad to eat or drink. I try not to buy unhealthy food at the grocery store but I always get cravings so I end up here! Hence the check-ins! I didn't want to take pictures inside Quick Stop. I was afraid that that customers would think I was a cop or private investigator! Ha!”

The selection of food, drinks, beer, wine and liquor nearly rival safeway and the prices are fair. He always has new craft beers to try, which me and my husband love.
