“Review from 5 months ago: Incredibly rude and officious receptionist. I'll never use any Labcorp again unless there is no other alternative. UPDATED REVIEW TODAY: My one star previous review was mostly based on the receptionist. I was also unhappy that appointments were mandatory. This morning, I decided to try again and it was a pleasant surprise. I discovered that appointments are no longer mandatory (walk-ins will be treated if possible). More important, I was greeted by a smiling new receptionist. In fact, the entire staff was very pleasant and efficient. I can only assume that the previously receptionist is now holding a pitchfork and directing traffic in the inner circles of hell.”
