The place looked a bit dated but overall clean and well kept. Finding it during it construction is a bit tricky but just follow the signs in the city hall parking lot.”

“It's peaceful and clean. You can find many kinds of books that you like to read. There are different categories for different ages. Kids can walk around and choose the books that they like it.
