“Lord's Gym us wonderful with great atmosphere. No use of prophecy, music and TV content are clean. Great environment for young people as well as older too. They have a great trainer and the desk assistants are young but respectful. This gym even has an indoors basketball court, plenty of space to play ping pong and other table games, is extremely well equipped and very clean. There's plenty of parking. They're closed only on Sundays. This is also a Non-profit Organizaion, although there is a very reasonable membership charge. The one thing that would make it 5 starts for me would be to have more and consistent group classes.”

“I first got a bike fit with Mike back in 2010. I was preparing to ride across country for Susan G Komen. Mike donated the bike fitting and I cant express enough gratitude for that. While cycling across the USA I had zero issues with my bike and i can not tell you how many other riders I met on the rode, who didnt have a bike fit, that had some sort of ache or pain. I have zero doubt that I was so lucky because of Mike and his expertise. Fast forward, I recently got a new bike and rode from Vancouver to SF with out a bike fit, and I had multiple break downs, where I couldn't feel my hands and one time my knee completely locked up. I am now venturing from SF to Mexico and called Mike again to get a fit. He dialed my bike in and offered great tips for my journey. I have learned my lesson and will always call Mike when I get a new bike.”

My son loved his OT burst, especially the zip-line in the gym. The therapists made it fun to do challenging work and we saw progress in his ability to self-regulate. My kids say their favorite part of GHC is the summer camps. Hands-down, Food Art Camp is their favorite! I love that the therapists can see how my kids have improved year by year. GHC really is a place where every child is treasured. As a mom, that is my favorite part.”

The coaches are patient and understanding, and they're always willing to walk you through the basics. They take the time to explain every technique, break it down step by step, and help you master it before moving on to the next one. What I love most about Carlson Gracie EDH is that it feels like a community. Everyone is friendly and welcoming, and there's always a positive vibe in the air. There are classes for all skill levels, ranging from kids' classes to advanced adult classes. The schedule is also flexible, which makes it easy to fit training into my busy schedule.
