(March 14, 2018, 7:54 pm)One of the best trucking companies I ever worked for. Still have friends here. The pay is good and fair. You’re home much more often than any other mega carrier. Friendly people and faces from the bosses to your coworkers. I only left for a better opportunity, otherwise I would have stayed. If you’re looking for a great first time job as a truck driver Class A or returning from/switching trucking jobs; give Gardner a chance. They won’t disappoint. Just talk to Dave. He’s literally the best boss I’ve ever had in my career’s lifetime.
