“I'd just like to say that 99 properties has been great to do business with this far. I'll come back later to update. I have been looking to move for about 2 months. There employees have been really nice and professional. The on-site manager of some condos I went to take a look at. Was willing to meet me on her day off. She was very nice. It did take a long time for 99 properties to respond to me after submitting my application. Other then that they have been amazing! I have talked to so many rental agencies and home owners who have all been rude. I highly recommend this company. If I do decide to rent this unit. I'll come back to let you all know how they are as landlords. But so far I have no complaints about ther professionalism. Thank you 99 properties.”

“I can't believe it's taken me this long to eat here, and we used to live in tower. Shame on me. We stopped in here before a concert. Grabbed the house special fried rice. Which was delicious. Order of fried shrimp. Warning mustard is crazy hot. I got the won tons for an appetizer. Perfectly crisp, along with tasty sweet and sour sauce. Service was good. Drinks were always filled. Nice little booth we sat in. Will for sure be back.”

“I made an order and the shipper packed the pallets too heavy for the lift gate on Estes trucks to handle for curbside delivery. Instead of returning the shipment the staff at Estes helped me pick up the pallets on a rented truck. Everyone was extremely helpful and nice and I just wanted to pay them a compliment. “I like to bring my dog here to chase the voles which appears to look like a gopher . This is a really unique park I'm surprised there's no signs and no lights in the park its pitch black. I think its cool that people can drive to the top and just chill there, or do illegal stuff. You're not supposed to but everybody does it i saw a mother have a picnic at the top wwith her two children and it was the sweetest thing i had ever seen it was so cute.. regardless of the bad rep this park gets i still want to see stuff added to this park like a play ground and a path with stuff to read about the park and the history of the neighborhood. Fun fact so I found out that that this place used to be the city landfill lmao 🤣 which would explain the big hills and the neighborhood right next to it has a story too in conjunction with the land fill. I still feel like this park deserves a makeover and I think it gives it extra personality”

“The CA Armenian Home is THE place to go when you are in need of care. My mother was in the skilled nursing facility for the last couple of weeks of her life. From the admin, the nursing staff, the dietary staff, the PTs... everyone was professional and caring. They took superb care of my mother and were sensitive to us as a family and our needs as well. The facility itself is beautiful and well kept. I cannot say say enough good things about this facility. A special thank you to Tabitha, a member of the intake staff, for showing an extra level of care for our family.”
