There employees have been really nice and professional. The on-site manager of some condos I went to take a look at. Was willing to meet me on her day off. She was very nice. It did take a long time for 99 properties to respond to me after submitting my application. Other then that they have been amazing! I have talked to so many rental agencies and home owners who have all been rude. I highly recommend this company. If I do decide to rent this unit. “I love this complex!! I used to live here with my mother and she still currently lives there, and it’s so great! We’ve been renting here for years and years and the office staff is super nice and understanding! I wish I still lived here. My current complex complains about every little issue, like having a potted plant outside. What I love about this place is everyone’s creativity with decorating their porches and doorsteps! I miss how a community feels. I also love the trees and the pool (especially the jacuzzi). The maintenance repairmen are also very sweet. Thank you’”

The apartment has the best amenities in the area. The price is well worth the quality of living that you receive while living there. The only downfall would be the limited parking, however whenever we had an issue with that the office team was very helpful in resolving the problem.
