“Quality shop with an honest mechanic who has extensive professional experience! Was passing through town with a Mercedes van without AC, which is obviously brutal in Fresno. Called Steve to explain the situation and he offered to open his shop early to help me out. Most mechanics don't bother to properly troubleshoot, but with Steve's formal training at Mercedes Professional Academy, he knew exactly how to diagnose the issue quickly and not throw the old ‘parts cannon’ at it racking up unnecessary costs. In under an hour, he had me back on the road with ICE-COLD AC. He's an honest dude who takes pride in his work. Thanks for saving my road trip! 5 starts, highly recommend.”

“Overall good job. However, they didn’t do one of the smaller rear windows properly first time around so had to convince them to redo it and the re-doing took an extra half hour of waiting. (Always check your vehicle properly around the edges when its done). Also, they didn’t mention that there was going to be a service fee of 3.5% if one uses a credit card - Basically they pass on the credit card company’s service fee (to them) forward to the customer. (I wasn’t informed ahead of time, so didn’t get cash and had to pay extra.) Otherwise I’d say price is fair. The front desk guy was quite polite and friendly. That was a plus.”

“Went in to get 2 tires mounted. Thought it was going to take at least 30-40 minutes, but nope. As soon as I got there (go early, it's not too busy), the girl said, "$10 per tire. Back it up". I was done in less than 10 minutes. If ALL shops were this efficient, everything will be right, in this world. A hint for the tech who mount my tires though. C'mon. You're in America now and you are good at what you are doing. A least make an attempt to learn a few simple words in English... such as: "Done. Good. No good. Thank you. See you soon...." One or two easy words a day.”
