Their customer service is good although sometimes it gets too busy and they forget the little things but you can always remind them and they’ll get right to it! “First off I must confess that I Love me and Ed's and always have loved me and Ed's. what is disappointing is how this restaurant pretty much like every other restaurant and business has gone crazy over the corona. even though they were open for business it look like they weren't since they had every chair in the building on the tabletops like they were closed up and it's making for a confusing situation. how much longer are we going to be placed under this type of stress especially for the businesses how many businesses are going to have to go belly-up before the government realizes that this pandemic is really only a pan the demek never occurred.”
