(March 25, 2022, 3:41 pm)I had a great experience here. I needed to ship a 90lb shop vise from the seller in Indiana to Virginia so I didn't have to drive and pick it up myself as I live in Virginia. TJ worked with me and the seller for a few days while I coordinated with the seller to drop the vise off at the UPS store which TJ had no problem packaging up for me and the seller. A 90lb vise is not an easy thing to take on and ship properly! It really was a life saver and it is rare to see that kind of customer service and problem solving. Thanks TJ! This is a good example of how we get things done in America.
