(October 21, 2020, 11:15 pm)If you are looking to get a trailer to haul stuff, this is the place to get it done. We got an enclosed cargo trailer 12x6. My wife and I wanted a trailer like this for a long time. As I typed that last line, I realize how silly that sounds, but we have moved all over the country and had wanted something to haul around our things safely and easy to access.
Now, because of COVID and everything else that is going on, we felt like now was the best time to pull the trigger. I called around 1130 am and set an appointment for 4 pm that same day per the company's COVID policy. Trailer-plus asks you to put a $50 deposit down to reserve a trailer you are interested in so that others do not take it. As I was selecting a trailer, it became reserved while I was looking at it and I could not do anything else after looking at it.
I had never bought a cargo trailer before, but I knew some things that I wanted on it. Brandon, the store manager, walked us through what we wanted and gave us ideas for additional options. When we arrived for our 4PM appointment, we asked for some last-minute add-ons just before we took delivery, which the crew did without any issues whatsoever. We hooked up after the sale was final and the crew (three people total) walked us through how to use the trailer and made sure that the lights worked. All of them were friendly and knowledgeable; even the guy that had only been there for three weeks. In the end, we had felt we had made the right choice based on the convenience, service, and price of our trailer. We drove away smiling and excited for our next moving adventure...yeah... with everything that is going on, the little things count for a lot more than they used to. Stay safe out there.
