It's a convenience to stay in your car while it gets work done, it really ensures no time is wasted and you can have a conversation about anything being done with prices and opt out of anything they offer without feeling pressured. I appreciate the tire pressure checks and light checks. I've had them change air filters and transmission fluids as well as oil changes
(June 8, 2023, 1:21 pm)Drove up to this location because it's close to my house, and there was no line at the time. The oil change was done correctly and cleanly. I stayed in my car and the gentlemen working with me made me feel safe and respected. They were kind and reasonable with the upgrades they offered. Good price and I think they have coupons sometimes.
(April 16, 2023, 4:28 am)You can only get into the business driving in from the Northside of Herndon. The 7-11 & the Oil Changers share a business wall. Fri. 6 p.m. they were not busy. They pulled my car in ASAP. Everything was done quickly. They replaced 2 filters. One was inside the car. Gross....what I have breathing.
The two workers were friendly & knowledgeable. I will be going back for more service on my autos.
(March 2, 2023, 10:20 pm)It's a new experience. You sit in your car while you get your oil changed. Kind of a fun thing. The crew was polite. Friendly. Talked with us all threw the time we were there , We had a service message and they helped clear that. 👍 comforted us with our worries about the oil change.
We added a couple of things to make sure my car ran its best.
It was a good experience.
I will refer them to my friends. Such a great Idea. Did it in about 20 minutes. So my girlfriends with kids will surely like this kind of service.
They did a very good job while it rained outside. 🌧 🫡😬 my daughter and I were happy we didn't have to exit our car. And got to watch everything be done.
