Great prices and friendly staff very helpful!

I am a disabled customer, and currently dealing with an unrelated, minor injury but which makes it even more difficult to walk. I needed pita bread for my kids who wanted to do pita pizzas for dinner, and as I don't have a car, I would have to bus or walk to the store. So, I wasn't going to be able to search around town for what we need, and given that it was the weekend, I likely wouldn't have made it out of the store in my condition before the last bus ran if I didn't know for certain I was going to a store with pita bread.

I tried calling the Doller General Market, Fruit/McKinley, which is within standard walking distance from me (and which the bus could help part way as well), but I couldn't get an answer.

So, I called up THIS location, thinking they would generally carry the same product. The store manager answered. She was extremely friendly and was very sympathetic to my situation. She said their location is smaller so they don't have it, however she would be happy to take down my contact information and reach out to the other store to get assistance for me.

Sadly, after a half hour neither myself nor she could reach the other store by phone, so she had to text the other store's manager. Meanwhile, I kept trying to track down pita bread within a not too far bussing distance to try to find it.

An hour and a half later, we still have no answer. I had called around, and the only stores who have it I would not be able to get to within the timeframe to be able to bus home. However, the manager of this location is phenomenal to go to such lengths to help a customer.
