“Sprouts Farmers Market has a wonderful selection of fresh produce and healthy food options. Organic and vegetarian selections are available as well as a deli counter where you can order freshly prepared sandwiches. I tried the Sprouts brand frozen strawberry fruit popsicles when I last shopped here. They were refreshing and delicious as well as being so much healthier than a regular popsicle. The store also has a great selection of vitamins and supplements to address many health needs. The store was nice and clean as well as being stocked and well organized. Shopping here is a place experience.”

The tortillas are made there, as the chips. I ordered the Chile Verde Chicharron. It was spicy and filling. You can split it into two meals or share. They have Mexican toys, blankets, piñatas, too many to name. I'll go back!”

“This is a nice corner market with an accessible entrance. While it is mostly geared to Latino and Mexican food, you will find a variety of American foods there too. The store has a deli counter, fresh produce, meats, desserts, snacks, cigarettes (if you smoke), both alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages (cans and bottles), fountain drinks, bags of ice, and many household items like paper products, school supplies, and kitchen tools. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Both carts and baskets are available while you shop, and the checkout lines are usually short. If you have a problem, just talk to one of the managers. They will be happy to help you. You can buy money orders ($1.50 each, up to $1000) and cash pay checks, government checks, insurance checks, and tax refunds. Proper ID is required, and there is a one-time registration fee to be able to cash checks there. (It was $2 when I joined 3 years ago.) Fees to cash checks vary depending on the amount and the type of check. The only disadvantage to this store is that there is no public rest room.”

“R&L is my one stop on the way to work without going too far out of the way. Ray is a good guy and this store is a gem to the local community. Stop in and grab a cold drink or snack if you are in the area. Lotto tickets, soft drinks, cigarettes, snacks and beer are always fresh in stock. They also have a selection of air fried foods that are good for a quick bite on the go, Ray puts them out fresh every day. Chicken. Pizza. French fries. Cheese sticks. Burritos. Etc. Ray has been doing this for as long as I can remember, every day. Going back to 1996, when I went to high school across the way. (The fried foods might not seem like much to the average review reader, but let me explain there is NOTHING around here for miles. So that fried food is a God send when u need something of substance to eat. 😅)”

“A bit of an old Fresno neighborhood is alive and well in the Choice Food Market. While working in that neighborhood, and actually stopping to experience the neighborhood, I was near the Choice. Needing lunch, my options included a few "brand name" fast food restaurants within a short drive, or walking across the street. I had been informed of a deli within Choice. Old time store shelves were filled to over flowing it seemed, PLENTY of inventory and selections. A manned full meat counter, fresh vegetables, all the cold drinks, bulk items etc. If you don't need another big box store run, but want a neighborhood grocery store atmosphere, try Choice Food Market on Olive just west of Highway 99.”
