“Soon after arriving my husband and I were greeted by a gentleman (Isaac Vargas). He asked a few questions regarding the model, style, and price of the car we were looking for. It didn’t take long finding a few cars that were in our price range. Isaac was very helpful, he took in consideration some of our concerns and helped us stay within our budget. Then, after making our decision we met with Bryan Lopez who was in charge of our finance. He did a great job answering and explaining to us any questions we had about the financial portion of the process. Finally, we headed out to receive our keys and we were greeted by Damien Jimenez. He guided us through the Toyota app and everything inside the car. Overall our experience was great! Hope that if anything ever goes wrong with our car they treat us the same as.”

“Enterprise has been absolutely amazing, my car was totaled and my insurance company insisted on repairing it. So I had to rent a car in the meantime. Enterprise was a fast, easy & efficient, the vehicle was immaculately clean, anytime I had to go back in and renew my contract they called me ahead of time, never bothered me during the time of my contract, in and out in a matter of minutes every time I rented a car from them, in the last 3 months straight. I would recommend them hands down ENTERPRISE ROCKS !!!”

“I have used the Enterprise Rent-A-Car place in Clovis on Shaw avenues several times and found them to be very easy to deal with. The last time I showed up, the truck was ready to go and I was driving off their lot within 5 minutes. The people that work there have always been friendly and accommodating. The ONLY issue I have had was with this last visit. I rented a truck, got in it and it wreaked of cigarettes. There was even a "no smoking" sticker on the dashboard. By the time I turned in the truck later that night, I had to go home and take a shower because my clothes and hair smelled like cigarettes. In the past, I will usually get a text from the manager asking about the rental and was waiting to comment directly to her and not through this forum, BUT since Enterprise has emailed me twice asking for a review....here you go. Sorry.”

I always receive the best service from this company and their rental vehicles are always top notch, best in the business as far as I am concerned. Also I am camping in a RV this trip and they came and picked me up and dropped me off at two different locations, now that is service!!!!!!!”
