“We called One Stop to clean the carpets in two houses. It was a last minute job, and the owner (Abel) was able to fit us in on a busy Saturday. One Stop was punctual, and in fact, after texting to verify that an earlier arrival would work with our schedule, he and his crew arrived earlier than scheduled. One Stop showed pride in the work they did and made sure that we were satisfied with the job before leaving. They were even able to get out a stubborn coffee stain that had eluded other previous cleaning. They also cleaned a favorite reading chair that has been loved to death, and made it look almost new again! The carpets in both houses look great and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend One Stop for your carpet and upholstery cleaning needs.”

He assisted me with measurements and showed me various options according to my desires and my paint choice. I am super picky when it comes to my food taste and temperature, so I ask for fresh okra to be made. Not once has anyone given me a hard time or said "we can't do that" or etc. My request has always been honored and my okra comes out EXACTLY how I like it. I'm usually served and greeted by the same employees who are all amazing. But there are two guys, Desmond and Francisco, who I see almost every visit, who are consistently displaying exemplary customer service. Both guys are very kind and efficient.
