Exceptional customer service that educates balanced with the necessary time to develop a trusting relationship. The plants almost become secondary. Speaking of plants, very good selection and presentation. They grow a high percentage of their own plants so when a typical nursery depends solely on suppliers you have a better chance of finding those pants here. I could go on and on with my first 2 1/2 hr experience but you need to go yourself FOR YOURSELF! Thank you Ashley and staff for a great introduction to your wonderful business. “We found Kiku Floral after seeing their work featured on our wedding venue’s Instagram from a previous venue. After reaching out, they quickly sent me an estimate based on photos I sent from Instagram and Pinterest. Their prices were very reasonable for the quality. They were able to work with our budget, and the pricing came in under what we had budgeted. Kiku Floral even provided the vases and center piece items (wood rounds and votive candles). This made things so easy as we were from out of town and it was nice to not have to lug additional decorations. During our consultation, Lorrie presented the center piece flowers and it was exactly what I wanted. Lorrie always responded to emails extremely quickly and was kind and very knowledgable. On our wedding day, all of our floral were absolutely stunning and exactly my dream. They even added some florals to our wedding cake, which was not originally planned, but it looked perfect. It is a conservative environment with Christian music in the background. That is calming for me, but may not be for others. He is dedicated to his work and is just a very kind man.
