“Overall good job. However, they didn’t do one of the smaller rear windows properly first time around so had to convince them to redo it and the re-doing took an extra half hour of waiting. (Always check your vehicle properly around the edges when its done). Also, they didn’t mention that there was going to be a service fee of 3.5% if one uses a credit card - Basically they pass on the credit card company’s service fee (to them) forward to the customer. (I wasn’t informed ahead of time, so didn’t get cash and had to pay extra.) Otherwise I’d say price is fair. The front desk guy was quite polite and friendly. That was a plus.”

“I am a small biz owner in utah and had a package with the wrong address on it. When I contacted this post office, the guy helping me was kind, patient and knew exactly how to help me. Not only did he say he would try getting the package before the carrier put it in the return to sender pile & hold for my customer to pick up, but he called me back a few minutes later to tell me he contacted the carrier and was able to have it delivered to the correct address instead. I wish I knew the name of this person. I was too happy that I forgot their name. ( I tried calling back but it was already closed.) This person deserves a raise! And this post office branch was amazing!”

“I've previously used America's Best in Spartanburg SC and they didn't even do a eye exam except asking which letters on the wall I could read and used my glasses to get my prescription but I needed them so I got the two pairs for 70 and at the time it was all I could afford. This time I knew I had to have my prescription changed and wasn't thrilled about going to another America's Best for glasses but I just recently moved here and money is tight and haven't been able to get vision insurance yet so I called first to ask about the eye exam explaining my last experience, the lady I spoke with was very helpful and assured me that they would change my prescription as needed so I made an appointment. The doctor was great and had a genuine concern for the trouble I have seeing at night,with glare and my headaches and needing to have certain things added to my glasses and the extra eye test but wasn't pushy which I appreciated because I couldn't afford everything they offer but just knowing she was willing to do the extra test and suggest things to help was great because the last time the doctor didn't care. I picked out two great pairs of glasses on the 4th and picked up today, today was just as great and the very nice lady, I believe her name was Yvonne(not sure but I think something close to that) she was AWESOME. Took her time to make sure both pairs fit great,were straight and comfortable. She was professional and so nice plus I loved her glasses, wish I had picked a pair similar to hers. They looked beautiful on her. I will definitely go back when financially able to get everything needed for my glasses and the test needed for my eyes. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone who needs glasses or contacts. They truly care about the customer even if all your spending is 70 dollars for everything. Thank you for helping me see again. It really shows that just because there may be 100 different locations in the US not everyone is horrible and makes you feel like you're a inconvenience to them.”

“I called this location on 04/08/14 at 8:00am and spoke with a very polite and helpful gentleman. My package was sent up to Fresno because the sender typed in the wrong zip code and the man I spoke with was very helpful and told me where my package was, what was the issue, and when it would be arriving at my house. Frustrated that I have to wait a couple more days but but at least I know where it is! I was getting a bit worried when I read the other reviews about this location but I guess I caught them on a good day”

“First, Tommy was awesome. Second, it was just my wife and I so he allowed us to bring our dog with us if we could secure her on our lap. The airboat ride itself was very cool, it would be nice if the riding part was longer but the tour would need to be longer for that because you won't want to miss the history. Tommy explains how his family and people came to live in the glades and how their people persevered to gain government recognition of their sovereignty. It's good stuff.
