“I rarely post reviews, but my experience today is worth sharing. Ashley was beyond helpful with a few packages I had to mail - one being overseas which had me feeling extremely overwhelmed. She was patient and kind through the whole experience and worked thoughtfully and meticulously to make sure everything would go through smoothly. As I walked in I was greeted by two energetic ladies, who helped me get an envelope for a document that I needed to mail out. While I waited we talked about going to Dodgers games and the best part they gave me a fancy envelope and sent my mail free of charge. “I can’t imagine EVER going to the post office again. When I found this place it was a godsend. Jeff and family are the kindest, most proficient and helpful people. They truly go up and beyond to help you. They took a package I was sending to my daughter in NJ (a handmade crochet queen blanket) that was going to cost $75.00, unpackaged it for me and got the postage to $40.00. I just cried!!! Who does that?? THEY DO!! God bless them. 🙏🏼”

“The area of this place is very small. There are very few parking spaces at the entrance beside the road, but there is a small parking lot at the back door of the post office. The work efficiency of this post office is very high, and many people will not send it here. It was handled quickly and the attitude of the staff was very good. I like it here”

“Great Location, I highly recommend them. Very efficient with their services. I love the special they have on Shredding. Unbelievable price! Box stores are charging $1 a pound they are charging $1 the whole box. and they shred hard drives. They seem to have a lot of services Western Union, bill pay, Shipping, mail boxes etc. They are even going to help my daughter receive her shipments from her mother out of state to attend school at Cal State San Marcos. They will receive her dorm furniture their and at the end of the year they will also pick it up and crate and ship it to my house for storage until the next semester. Way to go with the service Twin Oaks pack and ship, Makes life Easy!”

“I use to wait for almost 20 minutes for someone to finally open the doors and it got me angry. So I talked to the manager and I was told that anyone with a 24hr access P.O. Box is required to have a door key and that Post Box Plus can’t be held liable if people aren’t able to enter and get their mail. I have 24hr access to my P.O. Box and wasn’t able to get to my box because I didn’t have my key…I was getting mad cus they were opening late but it makes sense to just get a door key. I finally purchased a door key and it makes my life a lot easier cause now I can access my box whenever I want. This place use to have really bad service but since it’s been under new ownership, the service has been so much better. Customer service is great! This place needed a change.”
