(October 12, 2021, 4:05 pm)Everyone was super nice here, front desk receptionist, nurse, and dr. (at least the ones I came in contact with) all made me feel very comfortable and welcome. My appointment was at 12, got there at 12:05pm, was out with my bc script by 1pm :)
(June 22, 2021, 8:22 pm)I will be attending this location again. Erika was so sweet and understanding. She told me all my birth control options and helped me find the right one. The front staff is very kind. Erika also was the one to provide my shot. She was great and distracting me from it that it was done and over with so fast I didn't even know she done it already. 100% recommend this location. Very patient too.
(June 16, 2021, 2:55 pm)Just wanted to share my experience with Erika today, she was a bright light in a dark time. I recently went through a traumatic experience with almost losing my mom two weeks ago and I’m still processing it. I went in to receive my depo shot and Erika was the one to check me in and for some reason I felt the need to drop all of this on her and she just listened and said all the right things that I needed to hear. It turns out that she can understand what I’m going through and she was just the person I needed to talk to today. We had never met before this but I felt a connection to her and I’m so happy there are people like her in this industry and also the world. Thank you Erika for being a wonderful person and helping someone beyond what your job requires. ❤️
