(February 19, 2020, 1:36 pm)After an early morning workout, it's necessary to replenish the body with protien. I found this Herbal life wellness center on Ming across the street from the fairgrounds. It's on the south side of the street. Look out for the tire shop with the orange colored fence. Price for a 12oz smoothie is only $4.
