(May 31, 2019, 4:58 pm)This by far has been the greatest optometry office's I have been to. I was greeted by everyone as soon as I opened the door. The staff was extremely friendly and professional. The office has relaxing yet professional type vibe to it and the cleanliness of the office was fantastic. They also provide coffee and water as you wait.
Prior to my appointment I had spoke with George and gave him examples of the types of style/glasses I was looking for. When I arrived he greeted me at the door and let me know who he was and that he'd be helping me. He literally had about ten pairs for me to try on. As I was trying them on he also had out a tablet letting me know every color the specific pair of glasses came in. I relied on his professional opinion when I was trying on the frames and I am so glad I did because I am in love with the pair I went with. It was exactly what I was looking for. He broke down invoice for me and made sure I knew exactly what I would be paying for as well as what the insurance was going to cover.
Dr. Nguyen was very patient and made sure he had an answer for all my questions. I definitely felt well taken care of. I would recommend them to anyone and Ill be back for my annual checkup for sure!
Recognition means more when it comes from someone you work with on a regular basis and this staff definitely deserves some recognition!

(May 23, 2019, 2:45 pm)Staff and product meets my eclectic family's need. We run the gambit from basic eye wear to latest trends. 6 of us total. The store has the right stuff or the staff find a way to get it. Never happier with eye wear!
(March 4, 2019, 7:35 pm)Fantastic and modern showroom with numerous frame options. The staff were friendly and professional as soon as we walked in the door. Michelle was especially helpful with answering all of our questions Dr. Nguyen made me feel at ease and answered all of my questions before I had the chance to ask them (he was that thorough). Perfectly located for Northwest Bakersfield too.
