Good 2-3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms floor plans with washer and dryer included plus new stainless steel appliances. Lots of parking spots and outdoor pool with barbecue pit. Also includes gym and kids outdoor playground. Management is very cooperative and awesome folks. Night security watch included. Very quiet neighborhood and nice living residents. Walking distance to Costco, CVS pharmacy, Starbucks and other small shops. Also few blocks to gas station and car wash service
