5 clothes given for DRY Cleaning. All cleaned good Except my Trouser. Food spill 5 spots on left leg was missed out. Will try REWASH for 2nd time to achieve 99 % Satisfaction.

I traveled into town from out of state, and had folded my men’s suit and tie into my carry-on, smal suitcase. I went to today’s cleaners as soon as I arrived into Bakersfield, with the intent to ask whether they could quickly press it for me. The manager was gracious, and especially professional, about handling the request,. My suit was pressed, and three shirts were pressed, which I already cleaned back in Georgia. All was done quickly, and with a spirit of professionalism that I really appreciate.

I don’t know if the cleaning was “Eco -friendly” or “organic cleaning”. (I don’t really care as I just want my clothes cleaned!) All I had was my husband’s long sleeved shirt, a tie, & a long skirt of mine. When I drop off my husband shirts 2 be laundered & ironed, Today Cleaners generally does a great job. However, once in a great while, I will turn an item in that has a spot on it, or needs special attention. When I got my skirt back, there were still spots at the top by the waistband. They took the item back & did a “redo”. It came out fine a day later, thankfully!! That’s not always the case! My question is this: if they take something in & say they “can’t promise anything” then, why don’t they just charge 1/2 price after being unsuccessful w/the item?? 😣

Everyone at this location is very friendly and helpful. Tiffany is my favorite, and always greets her customers with a smile. Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for terrific, quality dry cleaning!
