(September 15, 2020, 2:23 pm)I would like to thank Mercy with Bank of the Sierra for going over and above her job requirements to make things happen for me.
I had a got a cashier's check from my personal account from Bank of the Sierra and they had shown that the cashier's check had cleared on the 10th of September. I had deposited the cashiers check into my personal account at Bank of America and as of 09/15 Bank of America wouldn't clear the cashier's check for me. Mercy got on a conference call with myself and Bank of America to get the funds released. This has now allowed me to wire some funds that were required to complete by 09/15.
This wouldn't have happened without her......She is amazing, and I am so grateful for her kindness, and Bank of the Sierra should feel blessed to have an amazing employee working for them.
(June 21, 2016, 2:58 am)Drive-Thru 24/7 deposit checks/cash... Although the checks won't be available until next business day at 10pm, sometimes 11pm. But you won't get an overdraft fee if you have deposited your check prior to your purchase... Even more curious, if you deposit the check during business hours, it is available right away. FYI. The personal checks used by Sierra are too expensive, as they direct you through another company to order the checks. I ordered my personal check books through Bradford Exchange Checks & got a support endangered species checks (great animal photos) with fraud protection, double page style (makes a copy of your signed check & sits behind it,) 6 books in total mailed to my house for $11... Through Sierra/their 3rd party it was $25 a book.
(December 3, 2012, 5:38 am)I have been with this bank a little over 8yrs now and I love this bank. I have had other banks but they don't treat all there customers the same. If you have a lot of money with them your good if not your just a little customer. That is not the case with Bank of the Sierra they treat people right. And for that I thank them
