(March 14, 2020, 2:06 pm)I went in yesterday to check out their sales. Jeff was the one who helped me pick out a shotgun. He was really great and helped me make a decision. It was the first gun I’ve ever purchased. My only complaint was that the poor guy was practically by himself and the store was overcrowded with customers. Definitely need to hire more staff! Other than that, it was an awesome experience.

Have never received a bad experience, not to mention Kevin goes above and beyond when it comes to customer care; the man knows his stuff and always seems to be in a great mood. Definitely top 5 best experiences I've received ANYWHERE after talking with and being helped by this gentleman. Can't imagine going to another location at this point.
(November 22, 2019, 1:21 am)Just an awesome place!!! The customer service was truly amazing. Eli was fantastic in helping me navigate the large selection. Incredible prices. The range was also a great way to kill a few hours. Not ridiculous like some other ranges. Ammo prices were way cheaper then most large stores. Gun rentals were very reasonable 9$.
I wished this gun store was 3200 miles away near my house. They take customer service and knowledge of products to the next level. I also found they were very honest and not there to take your money. I was looking at something and the fellow noted it wouldn't be a good purchase. Which I truly appreciate. Well done! You can honestly tell everyone who works here has a passion for firearms and customer service.
(February 9, 2019, 2:46 pm)I acquired my first firearm here, a CZ-75B. I was always treated well and with courtesy. The staff is also very patient, helpful, and informative. They usually have specials, such as no tax weekends, 25% discounts, etc. Their indoor shooting range I think is cool because you can try shooting a large selection of guns before you make a decision on purchasing. Their firearm selection is great as well as other accessories such as targets, cases, etc. I highly recommend gun hobbyists to check this place out when in Bakersfield.
