Months ago I left a 1 star review but old news. Rob was great! Despite my problem not being fixed (not Robs fault) he was helpful, patient and friendly. Will be returning to fix the problem later fingers crossed Rob is there.

Incredibly helpful employees were able to create the wife an account, swap her number over, merge it with the family line, upgrade both of our phones, setup the trade ins AND set us up with rugged accessories.

Very thankful to have a competent Verizon store close to home, and I look forward to working with them in the future

I've had to take my father in there twice for issues with his flip phone. I accompanied him the first time and they were so patient and had three people helping him and explaining and troubleshooting the problem. The second time, he got there a little before me and felt comfortable going in himself and by the time I got there the issue was fixed. AGAIN, they were super patient and helpful with him. Never once did they try to get him to upgrade or mention how outdated his phone was or talk down to him.

Katrina at the store was amazing! She was very helpful and we left the store with what we actually needed! She was very attentive and friendly! We highly recommend coming to this verizon! Will be coming back!

It's a great place to hang with friends or if you're a parent with you're kids/kid.

I had a great experience on my first visit the day before black friday. The couple that works in the front are very friendly and very knowledgeable of pretty much everything collectables. I am going to be a frequent visitor after my first experience because they have a great selection and you can't beat great customer service these days.

Great assortment of products for collectors and old school gamers. Knowledgeable staff that go the extra mile to find you what you need and great advice to improve your collections.
