(May 10, 2020, 4:26 pm)Went today, didn't have an appointment or anything, they had 2 customers already there, and they still got me out in under 45 minutes. The used tires I bought were great quality, plenty of tread, no plugs, etc. The price was great too, no hidden fees for disposal/mounting/etc. I highly recommend this place, and I'll be returning.

My car had a blowout after hitting a pothole. Being a Sunday morning , most places that sell used tires for cars are closed. I did an internet search, found a few places open, but with only a phone number and business hours, except for one: Gonzalez Tires. They had an easy to navigate website, including a way to search for the type of tire I was looking for. Several tire choices were available, including prices for the tire, mounting, balancing, etc. Online it looked like I was going have to spend between $60-$80. This was acceptable for a good used tire for my car.
When I arrived, the garage was busy, but the office had several employees behind the counter ready to assist me. I shared my tire needs with them; they immediately found my item in stock, and said they could work on it right away. They took my blown tire onto the garage, and I headed to the counter to pay my bill. To my surprise, the total was only $40! The tire was replaced in less than 10 minutes. The quality of this used tire also surprised me. It was in better shape than I hoped, at least 20,000 miles left on it. I was out the door in less than 15 minutes since I arrived.
Gonzalez Tires has excellent customer service, a wide variety of used tires, fast service, and great prices. Although I live across town, I am ready to bring my car here for new tires when my current tires wear out. I’ll spread the word about your customer service, quality products, and reasonable pricing.
