(January 2, 2019, 5:57 pm)New associate with ADS and thus far I am more wondering why I waited 2 yrs to jump over here from the oilfields. Very filter oriented company with a true care about you the employee... I must admit I am waiting for the catch........ Not to many company who care about you more then the dollar, only other on is Kern Machinery. Feeling very lucky right now!!!!
(March 29, 2018, 11:14 am)Called the day before to make sure my pick up was in. I spoke with the yard manager who advised me my load was ready, and if I was there when he arrived the following morning, I could get loaded.
The next morning, as soon as the yard manager arrived (wish I had gotten his name) he let me know where to go. I backed in and noticed my load had been pulled and staged on the dock already. It took his staff about 15min to get me all loaded, and maybe 5 more to get my paperwork and let me go.
The professionalism displayed was impressive. It was an effortless experience, one of the best I've had in my years behind the wheel. They were efficient, the staff was quick, and the yard manager was awesome! Thanks guys!
