As always the people there are very helpful and the products are great.

Friendly service. And only want two people inside the store at a time. The girl working the front desk told me nobody in the whole place has caught covid since the virus started. And had at least 200 people coming in during Christmas time.

Very clean and organized store with the nicest salesperson ever (Ken). He took the time to make sure we understood everything and made the whole process enjoyable. PS: These beds a remarkable and can't wait till ours arrive.

Karen was very helpful and very patient as my husband and I were trying to decide which set to choose. She had us try different mattresses until we found one that was a compromise between firm and soft. She gave us measurements to make sure the set would fit in our bedroom. She was very concerned when my back was going into spasms during our visit and set up a bed I could use as I was waiting my turn as a customer and offered the service of another manager so I would not have to wait too long, but my husband and I decided to wait for when it was our turn. Karen was a joy to work with and I look forward to any contact required to enhance my husband's and my sleeping experience on the new bed we purchased. Thank you Karen.
