Budget Car Rental

Great service answered all our questions and we were on our way thank you so much

Blown out tire in pitch black darkness. Still shaking because it could have been deadly. Too dark and cold to try to change tire. Called Budget and explained about the disintegrated tire. The tow truck was scheduled to come and change it so all that was left to do was wait. Wait. Wait. Okay, tire changed. Now drive carefully on the donut to the nearest Budget rental and you will get a replacement car at no charge. Fine
It's one in the morning and it's Sunday and the Budget place opens at seven. We, made it. Slept in the car until the place opened and finally got back on the road. The long needed vacation was OK after that. But, I did learn a harsh lesson. Even though my budget was tight, I should have signed up for roadside. I got stickers shock when I finally got the invoice I had to request to find out about the total deposit I didn't get back. I am grateful that we didn't die or kill anyone when I hit that pothole outside of Bakersfield. Imagine what would have happened if I was speeding! I kind of think I am cured from renting cars. I mean I should of just spent the money fixing my car! Anyway thanks for all the years I rented awesome cars from you Budget!!!

It was so convenient quick and easy to get our rental. We had no trouble getting what we preferred. Also, returning the rental was no problem at all. In and out. The price of our rental was affordable as well in comparison to other rental places.
