I highly recommend using Judy to manage your rental properties. Judy is professional, licensed and uses the most up to date technologies for billing and statements. She keeps me up to date with what is going on with my properties.
She has done an excellent job in exiting a former tenant and locating a new tenant in just 1 week! She understood what our best interest is and executed seamlessly that we had no rental loss during this transition! She always got the key points and comprehended our needs quickly.
