(February 24, 2023, 7:40 pm)Awesome gym!... Members have 24 hrs a day access. Gym offers different workout classes... Gym also offers silver sneaker classes. Gym also accepts different health insurance. Come over to check your eligibility.
(August 6, 2022, 12:55 pm)Am so glad I called and went there. Victoria was a sweet heart on the phone. This is the best decision I made. I am comfortable there and the people are very nice but I want to improve somethings and I see a slight improvement. Am determined. Thank you Valley Fitness.
(October 17, 2018, 8:49 am)I love Valley Fitness! The staff there are wonderful and friendly. The Zumba and Body Pump classes are amazing. I have seen such a difference in the way I look and feel since I joined!
