They are always willing to go the extra mile to make sure you have what you need, even if that means tracking it down to the other store in town and putting it on hold for you. The staffis amazing. And it's always nice to go in and get kitty loving from The store cat lol. But they have a wide selection of products, and if they don't have it they will track it down and order it for your if need be.
