I-5 ROAD SERVICE

Good guys. They weren't sure if they could help me out from a bottomed out trailer with their light duty truck but they thought they had a good chance managed too get me out and offered to help clean up the mess I made. All of them were very helpful and friendly. I'd recommend giving these guys a call before you call for a heavy duty wrecker

Very nice mechanicals works….. absolutely decent and honest pricing. They came very fast on the pin point. I highly recommend these people. They had and option to charge me $5000-$6000 but no they are nice people they only charge me $2000 which was highly reasonable. Super satisfied with the service will come again…..

Fast responding and very professional mechanics. Needed roadside assistance and was quoted 30 minutes but they showed up in 10. David was fast to diagnose and start repairs. Full radiator replacement on my Freightliner and he had us on our way as soon as possible. He also made sure we had fluids before continuing our trip. Great company, great people. Highly recommend!

I just bought a car and had a flat tire. It has custom wheels that took very specific lugs. And of course the tools from missing to lower the spare. These guys went above and beyond drove to the next town to get some of the specialized tools. Came back and got my spare on. Very polite hard-working guys. I was stranded for about 12 hours but 40 minutes after calling them they had the car in the air.

I called i5 Roadside Assistance, I got broken down on the side of the road 5 miles away from Pilot truckstop. I spoke with the mechanic and he seemed very knowledgeable and I asked if he can fix the problem, he said yes (I had low coolant and my truck will shut down, I had to pour water in the coolant tank but I didn’t make it to the next truckstop). He came in in one hour and found the problem which was in the radiator and I decided to go ahead and change it and the coolant tank (it was leaking) as well. We moved to a safe spot and the work started. He got parts from Bakersfield Freightliner dealership and changed them in three hours and I was up and running. Very professional, very knowledgeable, save me money for the towing, and I don’t know if the dealership will take me right away for the repair. The price was reasonable. So, it took 4 hours hours from the first phone call until the job was done. The mechanic name is Damien he did an excellent job and thank you so much. I recommend this to everybody.
