  You do not want to pass this food truck up. The shrimp tacos are some of the best I've had. So fresh. Second time through I tried their camarones a la diabla and couldn't believe how good it tasted. Shrimp in a delicious, spicy sauce with a bit of sweet caramelized onion flavor. Regular heat had just the right amount of burn for me but they'll make it as hot as you like. Very friendly staff.
  Usually tucked in the parking lot in the back of AMPM, close to the Chevron. I have also seen them parked at Aloma and Lawton.

  Food was absolutely delicious. We loved this place -- not just awesome food for the middle of a road trip, I would go to this place if I had my choice of restaurants. We got a fish burrito and shrimp tacos -- the fish was tender and the burrito shell was deliciously crispy. The tacos were full of fillings. Everything tasted great. A bit spicy, very well flavored.
  
  The food truck owner was very friendly, and there's a cute outdoor area that's a bit sheltered from everything if you want to stop and eat. The food truck is sort of behind and around the gas station, but there were helpful signs around so no issue finding it.

  Really tasty tacos with fresh ingredients and an easy stop off the highway. I ate two and had to grab a couple more for later. If I could give 6 stars I would!

  So just stopping in town for a couple of days and none of the chain resturants/fast food sounded good or was too greasy for me. Took a chance on this place and was so glad I did. The service was polite. The shrimp tacos were freaking amazing. Now I'm full, satisfied with a delicous meal and don't feel gross eating greasy fast food.
