Great fish n chips! Better than I ever got while living on the coast. You might have to wait a few minutes because they really don't make it till you order and don't just nuke it like some.

I ordered great communication and moved up to 2nd window . Paid for items 33 seconds . Beverage handed out while I waited under 3 min . Food order completed fast friendly service great food fresh and very well packaged for customer handling enjoy your visit you will be glad you did. 5☆ cause of the awesome working staff

Service is great and friendly. However, for not having a line other than a couple of cars in the drive thru , it took 15 minutes, not to bad,, for them to make a cheese burger and a pastrami sandwich.
Flavor was good, pastrami meat was good, not salty like most places make it.
But my burger did not look like the one in the picture. Yes there's always room for improvement but my bun looked like somebody was sitting on it. I'll give the a second chance in the future.

New local spot and Taft California has made a very large and good impression it seems with the locals. The place was completely packed and the line was snaking through the parking lot. The place was very clean inside and the staff was very friendly. Although the contrary of thinking that it is a part of another burger joint with multiple locations in Bakersfield it is not. All around a good American fast food joint.
