This is a great school. Wonderful teachers dedicated to the children.
I went to Taft Primary for K and 1st grade. Was in love with Kim Johnson who was in the 4th grade and had no idea I existed. My best friend was Dawson, a Hawaiian guy. My first kiss was with a girl named Christina inside the barrel made to look like an ant. I walked 6 blocks to school with my sister Tracy who is a year older than me every day, no CPS was ever called. And it was the middle of the cold war.
