“Julie Franks' office is great. However I don't know about State Farm anymore. I have a hole in my roof and state farm won't help because it didn't instantly happen they say. They say I could of fixed it before it got bad. Like I'm supposed to climb on my roof daily and inspect for damages I cant see between the shingles and wood. Funny , they have no problem taking money monthly, but don't help when it's needed. Julie Franks and her office personnel tried to help , but corporate only wants money.”
