(May 7, 2017, 3:13 pm)Ok second visit and now I can confirm the 5 star rating. It is all about the fried chicken. The heart and "Soul" that went into this fried chicken is apparent. Super moist chicken and a crispy outer shell make the perfect balance. The seasonings in the brine and batter marry perfectly. Both times I was in the owner came by personally to make sure the food was prepared just right and that we were satisfied with our meal. Personal attention to both food and service is why the Shed's Soul Kitchen is getting 5 stars.
(April 19, 2016, 12:50 pm)Regardless of their bizarre name change, this restaurant is still great. There's something good to eat in each price range. Their recent addition of the Sunday breakfast buffet really helps to ease the after church crowd (it gets busy)
