SpaceFlow Yoga

Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. Each instructor offers a unique take on yoga. The pricing structure is very reasonable. I have not experienced any pushy sales tactics or similar phenomenon.

There's a broad range of fitness levels and personality types in any given class. As someone who is not particularly athletic or coordinated, I've never felt out of place. There's no reason to be intimidated.

Sign-up and payment are very simple via the website. No app or account required. Your first class is free. I've never seen anyone turned down for dropping in without signing up beforehand.

Yoga mats, blocks, and straps are all available to use of you don't own any.

The studio hosts events regularly (winery outings; holiday get-togethers). I had a wonderful time at the one I attended despite being the polar opposite of a social butterfly.

I'm very grateful Danielle opened up a studio in Tehachapi and will continue to attend classes regularly. If you're at all curious about yoga I would highly recommend showing up to any class. Come alone or bring some friends. You'll have a good time.

Did flow yoga and definitely can feel it in my muscles next day. I found it a bit hard for me because I have bad knees and very out of shape. There is alot of up and down movement. They keep it warm in there, so you need a towel.

Very relaxing space. The emphasis is on your practice and what you make of it.
No pressure to perform for or compete with others.

I had heard about this studio, so I made a drive out while traveling near the area, and I had the BEST yoga class ever! I got to take Danielle's class, the owner, and it was so powerful and focused and inspiring. Wish I could have stayed for more. I will be back.
