Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Love this company and it's staff. Enterprise has a "Prme" membership where you can take advantage of a plethora of benefits and specials. I recently rented a beautiful car for 2 days and paid $1.22 cents for the rental. The staff is knowledgeable. If you're going to various destinations, and haven't done you're navigational " homework", the staff may give you some suggestions. This is a great place! Professional, courteous, and on the mark at having things ready when promised. Enterprise also has "walk away insurance" that covers the car for anything damaged while in the driver's possession. Great place to do business!

The customer service employee that booked my reservation had no idea what he was talking about. Almost all of the information he gave me was completely wrong, he even booked my reservation during the office’s lunch hour. Thankfully, the office employee was kind enough to end her lunch early to help us and she was able to fix everything that needed to be fixed for us! The employee that was there the day we returned the car was awesome too! Very friendly, knowledgeable office staff which is why they deserve 5 stars! The customer service line, however, really needs extensive training.

I've never had a bad experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car and I use them frequently. Their vehicles are always clean and in perfect working order. Their rates are reasonable and more often than not they will bump you up to something better then you ordered because they're smaller vehicles go pretty fast.
