At first i didn't like making an appointment to look at their trailers ..but once there it was a great experience.. ..personalized, knowledgeable service that is almost impossible to find these days. I purchased a 5x10 utility trailer. The accessories ; tie down hardware , spare tire with bracket, storage box were optional, I had planned to purchase these items separately and drill and bolt to the trailer frame myself. But they gave me a price that was less than what I would have spent not counting my time and labor..and the accessories were professionally WELDED to the frame. I decided to purchase the accessories ........that was on Tuesday this week.. At 1:25 today, Wednesday, 24hrs later.. I drove off with my new utility trailer...UNBELIEVABLE! “I have no complaints with the employees here. They're all very friendly, although some are not knowledgeable about things like international shipping. This is a small town, though, so I'll cut them some slack. The waits are short. My only real beef is the hours. Those are set by the federal government I'm sure, but the hours are limited compared to other and larger branches. PLUS, we're all required to buy a PO Box as there's no delivery to our residences. This causes tons of issues with many shippers. I wish they'd at least have mailboxes in clusters on the end of certain roads.”

The PHD team, Jake and Steve, arrived to our old 1849 house, on-time, and they were highly efficient in fixing my 2 faucets. They left no mess behind--they were very clean and considerate from the outset, with shoe coverings, etc. Most importantly though, they were smart--I don't like to hover, so they fixed the problems, and then afterwards, explained to me (a non-plumber) very clearly what they had fixed, so I understood thoroughly.
